A COVID-19 Update for our Customers
We wanted to update you on our efforts to slow the spread of COVID-19. We are following government recommended social distancing guidelines and Stay-at-Home orders in an effort to slow the spread of the virus and to protect our customers and our employees. As a result, some of our offices will have limited access or will be temporarily closed. During this time, we want to assure you that we are still here to serve you and to protect the trust you have placed in us.
- Regardless of any office closure, you are still able to access your belongings using your personal entrance codes. However, we ask that you do follow government guidelines for your geographic region, whether those are social distancing or Stay-at-Home orders. In addition, we have implemented a policy at all of our stores to only allow one customer in our office at a time. We also strongly encourage the use of latex gloves by employees and kindly ask any customers who are ill to stay at home and call or visit us online.
- Our security systems remain online and we are still performing routine inspections to ensure your belongings are protected. Additional measures will be taken as needed to maintain the appropriate security of locations.
- Given these uncertain circumstances, we understand our customers may also be affected on a financial level, so we are immediately implementing a grace period for late fees and we are freezing rates for our current tenants.
- Our Call Center is still open, with customer service representatives available to assist you. You may reach us by calling 888-97-STORAGE.
These are unprecedented times, but they do not alter our commitment to you or our gratitude for your business. We will continue to keep you updated via this web site and our social media channels. We hope that you and your families remain healthy and safe.
