A COVID-19 Update for our Customers

We want to share with you how SmartStop is doing its part to slow the spread of COVID-19. We're working hard to ensure that storage locations continue to stay open (view current closures and schedule changes) but your health and safety are our first priority (note that even when an office is closed you can still access your belongings).

Here are some of the measures we've implemented to protect our customers and employees:

Social Distancing

We have implemented a policy at all of our stores to only allow one customer in our office at a time.

Cleanliness

We have made considerable efforts to maintain the cleanliness of our facilities. SmartStop employees are required to wear latex gloves. We are also kindly asking any customers who are ill to stay at home and call or visit us online.

Security

Our security systems remain online and we are still performing routine inspections to ensure your belongings are protected.

Communication

Our Call Center is still open, with customer service representatives available to assist you. You may reach us by calling 888-97-STORAGE. You can continue to access your account and pay your bill online
